I started hacking in 1977-1978, I did some things.

Then in 1991, I started my 30-year career in IT, and for the last 10 years, I've been working in CyberSecurity.

The last 5 in CyberSecurity Education.

Somewhere along the way, I got a degree in Psychology centering on Learning.

I think I'm pretty darn good at having students, "get it".

Oh, and I also care.

Not many others care, but I do.  I care about CyberSecurity, I care about my students, and I want to make a difference.

Won't you let me help you?

So why no caps in your first name?

A long time ago, I discovered that the more you know, the less you seem to know.

To be able to teach, you have to operate as if you don't know things to connect with your students.

That is the beginner's mindset.

Uncapitalizing my name is a reminder to stay humble. I feel this makes me uniquely approachable and helps me connect with students deeply and effectively.
